We are glad to present you a new line of products by Mark-10™! Mark-10 Corporation is a designer and manufacturer of force and torque measurement products. Since their founding in 1979, our products have proven themselves in numerous applications at companies in the automotive, medical device, textile, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, packaging, food, and many other industries.

We’ve catalogued the following groups of products by Mark-10™ to your advantage.

1. Grips & Attachments

  • Wire terminal grips - for securing wire terminals, cables, connectors, and other samples for pull testing.
  • Dual roller grips - for securing the ends of wire, cable, and tubing samples for pull testing. Engaging and disengaging samples is quick and easy via an efficient cam design and convenient side slot for sample insertion.
  • Wire terminal grip, turret style - for securing wire terminals, cables, connectors, and other samples for pull testing. Indexing wheel contains grooves of varying widths to accommodate a wide range of sample shapes and sizes.
  • High capacity wire/rope grip - for high capacity wire and rope pull testing applications. Secures the free end of the sample via a bollard and vise. Integrated eye end.
  • High capacity wire terminal grip - for securing wire terminals, cables, connectors, and other samples for pull testing. Indexing wheel contains grooves of varying widths to accommodate a wide range of sample shapes and sizes. Integrated eye end.
  • Wedge grips - Heavy-duty grips designed for a range of tensile testing requirements up to 2,000 lbF [10 kN]. Self-tightening serrated jaws engage the sample through a spring loaded knob and rack and pinion type mechanism. The jaws ride on rollers, eliminating jamming common in conventional wedge grips.
  • Parallel jaw grip - for general pull testing applications. Manually tightened serrated jaws may be individually positioned.
  • Film and paper grips - for gripping film, paper, labels, packaging, and other thin materials for tensile and peel testing. Adjustable serrated interlocking jaws grip the sample securely.
  • Vise grips - general purpose vise, for a wide range of tension and compression testing applications.
  • Universal cap grip - For securing caps, lids, and other similar items for torque and pull testing. Accommodates a wide range of sample sizes, and can be used manually with a torque gauge or mounted to a test stand.

2. Force Gauges - Digital Force Gauges

Mark-10 digital force gauges can be used in a virtually limitless number of tension and compression force testing applications. All force gauges are able to capture the peak force in both tension and compression and have selectable units of measurement. Force gauge capacities are available from 50 gF full scale to 2,000 lbF, the broadest force range in the industry. Mark-10 force gauges may be handheld or used with a force test stand and gripping fixtures to create a complete testing solution.

3. Digital Torque Gauges & Torque Testers

Mark-10 torque gauges and torque testers are accurate and feature-rich torque measurement products ideal for a wide range of torque applications. All torque gauges and torque testers capture the peak torque in both directions (CW and CCW) and have selectable units of torque measurement. Torque capacities are available from 10 ozFin full scale to 5,000 lbFin, depending on the torque gauge or torque tester. Units may be handheld or used with a test stand and gripping fixtures to create a complete torque testing solution. All torque gauges and torque testers carry the CE mark.

4. Plug & Test™ Force/Torque Indicators & Remote Sensors

The Plug & Test™ family includes a series of interchangeable indicators and remote force and torque sensors. Indicators and sensors are sold separately. Mark-10 indicators feature graphic displays, blazing fast sampling rates, and a host of other features. For special applications, customer-supplied sensors can be easily field-adapted to our indicators via the uniquely flexible PTA configurable adapter. Plug & Test™ replaces the BGI and its associated sensors.

5. Force Measurement & Torque Measurement Test Stands

Mark-10 offers the industry's most extensive line of manual force measurement and torque measurement test stands. Test stands are useful in eliminating variability inherent in hand testing and can help to automate test processes. A wide range of capacities, loading methods, and configurations are available.

6. Motorized Force & Torque Measurement Test Stands

Motorized stands offer a significant advantage over manual test stands by providing constant test speed. Some models can be programmed for advanced test sequences to accommodate demanding applications. All motorized test stands carry the CE mark.
